Finally! It's been a long, but rewarding, road but finally "New Earth" is hitting the shelves! The first shipments went out just earlier today. I'm unbelievably proud of this project I embarked on earlier this year. It honestly feels a bit like a dream that my first book is now available to purchase.
The past weeks have been incredibly busy for me. Among other things, I was finalising my book with the printing company, giving a lecture at the Photo Days in Brussels and much more. I guess it was time to give you all a bit of an update of what's going on these days.
The eruption has been on-going for several weeks and during that time I have been thinking a lot about whether or not I would get the opportunity to photograph the northern lights above the eruption.
Finally. Finally, I got to experience an eruption and how?! Words fall short to describe how amazing this weekend has been. The wild ride started Friday evening when I arrived in Snæfellsnes, ready for a night of northern lights.
