On Saturday, September 26th 2026, I’ll be present at HIK Foto Connect at CVO HIK Campus Geel, Belgium. It’s a free meeting day for photography lovers and I’ll be giving a lecture on behalf of Canon Belgium at 14:00 in Aula 2.
The evening before, I’m also giving a lecture at Fotoclub ISO9450 in Denderhoutem, so it’s going to be a busy weekend in Belgium!
During the day in Geel, you can try out the latest cameras & lenses from Canon, Sony and Fuji, and have a look at gear from Godox, Wandrd, Viltrox and Urth. HIK’s photography teachers will be there too, and you can sign up for one of their courses on the spot. There are also two other lectures, and you’ll find the full schedule below.

My Lecture At HIK Foto Connect
During my lecture, I’ll take you through my parcours as a photographer. It starts with an impulsive weekend trip to Iceland in 2013, goes through the creative block COVID dropped on me and ends with the Reykjanes eruptions I’ve been photographing since 2021. Expect a lot of stories and images from Iceland, Greenland & Antarctica.

Op zaterdag 26 september 2026 geef ik om 14u een lezing voor Canon België op HIK Foto Connect in CVO HIK Campus Geel (Aula 2). Ik neem je mee doorheen mijn parcours als fotograaf, van een impulsieve weekendtrip naar IJsland in 2013 tot de vulkaanuitbarstingen op Reykjanes die ik sinds 2021 fotografeer, met beelden uit IJsland, Groenland & Antarctica.
