What payment methods do you accept?

I currently only accept credit card payments. It’s also possible to pay cash when picking up your order in Reykjavík, Iceland.

My credit card payment is always failing to go through. What’s happening?

In most cases, issues with credit card payments are related to 3D Secure. This is a new security method which is active for every card. If you experience any issues, please send me a message and I will try to find a solution for you.

Do you ship worldwide?

All posters are shipped worldwide. The shipping cost is automatically calculated during the checkout process. All books and calendars are shipped wherever Pósturinn, the Icelandic Post, ships. This is pretty much everywhere in the world. The shipping cost is automatically calculated by Pósturinn during the checkout process.

Will I have to pay import duties on items purchased from your website?

Some countries may impose import duties on items purchased from my website.

In some cases, for example posters, you might not have to pay import duties because the location these orders are fulfilled might be within your own region. Prints for destinations within the US or EU are, for example, printed within their respective regions. Some regions also do not impose import duties on printed books.

If you have to pay import duties, it is your responsibility to pay these charges.

Where do you ship from?

Orders which contain posters are fulfilled and shipped from various locations around the world to minimise shipping costs. This location is automatically picked based on your address. Calendars and books are always shipped from Iceland.

Why does my order with a poster and a book/calendar have two shipping costs?

Posters are shipped from a different location than where I ship calendars and books from. Therefore, if your order contains a poster as well, you will be charged shipping costs for the poster as well as for the book(s) and/or calendar(s).

I need an invoice. Can I get one?

Yes, you can after you placed the order and paid for it. Please send me a message via the contact page with your order ID and I will send you one.
