> Today, I am happy to share that I have won Best of Nation for Belgium, which means I received the highest score for our team with one of my images. Not only that, I am also one of the 10 finalists in the Nature/Landscape category in the World Photographic Cup.

A few weeks ago I got the news that I was selected as part of Team Belgium in the [World Photographic Cup](https://worldphotographiccup.org/). The [World Photographic Cup](https://worldphotographiccup.org/) is looked at as an Olympics-style global photography competition, which embodies all professional photography organizations around the world.

And today, I am happy to share that **I have won Best of Nation for Belgium**, which means I received the highest score for our team with one of my images. Not only that, **I am also one of the 10 finalists in the Nature/Landscape category** in the [World Photographic Cup](https://worldphotographiccup.org/). I am really proud of this achievement and very grateful for the recognition my work has received on a global level. I look forward to the final results which will be announced during the ceremony during the Zero Latitud Expo in Ecuador which takes place March 17-21 2025.

The image that was selected is an image I captured in the Icelandic Highlands last summer during a pretty intense rainstorm.[image_with_animation image_url=”1145318″ image_size=”full” animation_type=”entrance” animation=”None” animation_movement_type=”transform_y” hover_animation=”none” alignment=”center” img_link_large=”yes” border_radius=”none” box_shadow=”none” image_loading=”default” max_width=”100%” max_width_mobile=”default”][image_with_animation image_url=”1145052″ image_size=”full” animation_type=”entrance” animation=”None” animation_movement_type=”transform_y” hover_animation=”none” alignment=”center” img_link_large=”yes” border_radius=”none” box_shadow=”none” image_loading=”default” max_width=”100%” max_width_mobile=”default”][image_with_animation image_url=”1145043″ image_size=”full” animation_type=”entrance” animation=”None” animation_movement_type=”transform_y” hover_animation=”none” alignment=”center” img_link_large=”yes” border_radius=”none” box_shadow=”none” image_loading=”default” max_width=”100%” max_width_mobile=”default”][image_with_animation image_url=”1145042″ image_size=”full” animation_type=”entrance” animation=”None” animation_movement_type=”transform_y” hover_animation=”none” alignment=”center” img_link_large=”yes” border_radius=”none” box_shadow=”none” image_loading=”default” max_width=”100%” max_width_mobile=”default”][image_with_animation image_url=”1145041″ image_size=”full” animation_type=”entrance” animation=”None” animation_movement_type=”transform_y” hover_animation=”none” alignment=”center” img_link_large=”yes” border_radius=”none” box_shadow=”none” image_loading=”default” max_width=”100%” max_width_mobile=”default”]
